The reading and listening portions of the EPT are only available on-line through this website. The writing portion of the EPT is a paper-and-pencil test and is only given in person on campus. After you pass the EPT listening test, you will be prompted to register through the website for a writing test.
If you are unable to take the on-line portions of the EPT from a computer off campus, we suggest you go to the Language Center computer lab in 135 Jones Hall. You may use the lab on a walk-in basis. No reservation is necessary.
Remember that if you attempt either of the on-line portions of the EPT and do not successfully complete them, your account is blocked until you submit a Problem Report and are reset. The test will not work on any computer, even on campus, until your account is reset. There is a Problem Report link on the EPT homepage and on every test page.
